Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming Team: Greeting visitors and assisting them with seating and other needs during services. Ushers and Guides: Directing attendees during events, ensuring order, and providing necessary information. Follow-Up: Reaching out to first-time visitors and new members to encourage continued engagement. Event Coordination: Supporting the planning and execution of church events, including seating arrangements, refreshments, and logistics. Clergy and Guest Speaker Protocol: Ensuring proper arrangements for visiting ministers, including accommodations, transportation, and service schedules.
